1. Research Trainee (initial 6 months will be probation period), subsequently on confirmation the designation will be Project/ Business Analyst
Education Qualification – The right candidate will need to have following educational qualifications.
Graduation – B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation etc. or B.Sc in Physics, Mathematics
Post Graduation – MBA/MMS/PGDBM in Finance or Marketing
Job Description - – The Job requires a good understanding of the basics (both graduation and post-graduation level), to analyse the Project/ Business/ Company at hand in all 3 dimensions i.e. technology/ process utilized, markets catered to and the financial position. The candidate will need to be well versed with market research work focused on specific products/ services, competition analysis, balance sheet analysis etc., so as to arrive at conclusion and subsequently convincing the seniors about the conclusion.
The candidate will be expected to travel to various locations across the country to visit the Project sites, which might be industrial or infrastructure projects, additionally interaction with the Client and completion of the findings in form of report needs to be handed over to Project Manager/ Director.
The remunerations for the post will be in line with the industry standards.
